Po Swiętach/After Christmas

Ugrzęzłam na prawie tydzień w domu z powodu choroby… a za oknami śnieżyca, może więc nawet lepiej, że nie musiałam się przedzierać przez zaspy sięgające i pół metra, choć po 2 dniach miałam już dość bezczynności. Na pewno nadrobiłam za to zaległości w lekturze. Postanowiłam opublikować coś w klimacie mijających Świąt. Kolekcja z Muzeum Benakisa – mnie najbardziej podoba się Hołd Trzech Króli – Ioanis Permeniatis – XVI wiek.

I got stuck at home due to the illness … and outside terrible snowfalls so maybe it is better that I did not have to fight my way through snowdrifts but after 2 days I had enough of doing nothing. Well, I caught up with books arrears. I decided to publish something reminding the climate of the passing Christmas. The collection from Benaki’s Museum – I personally liked the Adoration of the Magi – attributed to Ioanis Permeniatis – XVI century.
