My delays in posts are caused by summer laziness that overwhelmed me lately so I have nothing to justify myself:)
Siedzenie przy komputerze, gdy każdą ostatnią upalną chwilę można spędzić na jachcie, jakoś mnie nie pociąga:)
Sitting in front of a computer when each last warm moment can be spent on the yacht, somehow does not attract me:)
No ale nadchodzi taki dzień, że wypada odświeżyć pamięć bloggerów o sobie:)
But finally comes such a day that it is the right think to remind here about us:)
Jak już kiedyś pisałam, ostatnio Jacek zajmuje się wędkarstwem, czasem, jak widać, jest to sport ekstremalny:)
As I wrote some time ago, Jacek has been angling lately, sometimes, as you can see it is an extreme sport:)
Ja w tym czasie podziwiam pozostałości fortu Beniaminów.
In the meantime I admire remains of the fortress of Beniaminow.

A pokładowa restauracja serwuje chińszczyznę – dziś wołowina. Ostatnio jesteśmy na etapie przerabiania chińszczyzny z niezawodnych książek Pana Homa. Polecam również Łatwą kuchnię tajska jego autorstwa.
And the deck – restaurant is offering Chinese cooking – today it is beef. Lately we have been testing recipes from the book of Mr. Hom – really reliable. I can recommend also Easy Thai Cooking of his authorship.

Robię się sentymentalna w sierpniu, ale naprawdę, chciałabym żeby lato trwało wiecznie!

i wcale ci sie nie dziwie..nie lubie skuterow hałasujących na jeziorach..kocham jeziora , kazdy z Podlasia miał przygode choć raz na Mazurach :)
za rok na ryby wybieramy sie do Norwegii, teraz córka szaleje na Augustowskich jeziorach..

jeśli chodzi o skutery, zgadzam się w zupełności, niestety mam wrażenie, że większość pływających na nich to o zgrozo moje pokolenie z mentalnością nastalotaków:)
he..he tak..niestety,widziałam takich Panów , brzuch na kolanach i dalej tyłek na skuter posadził..zamiast powiosłowac trochę na kajaku !
Komary różnie, akurat teraz nie było za dużo..jak jest słonce jest ich mniej i na koniec lata tez wymierają, tak pomału wchodzimy do lasu..wiesz u nas w Białymstoku - minita i jesteś w Puszcy :) Pozdrawiam

jesień jest piękna, ale ja jestem ciepłolubna, najchętniej 24 godziny na dobę smażyłabym się w upale +30, może jak globalne ocieplenie nie okaże się kaczką dziennikarską, to kto wie...:)

My marzymy o sloncu jak u Was, zeby nasza lodke w koncu wrzucic na wode. Za kilka tygodni jedziemy na Boat Show do Southampton - juz nie moge sie doczekac!

Ola if I had a yacht and someone to spend quality time with out on a lake I sure wouldn't be spending my August doing renovations, reading, homework, nor being indoors. I'd be out on the lake as well.

These are wonderful summer images! We have been spending August working and driving back and forth between Ohio and South Carolina to see family and friends. It can be exhausting :^)

Olu, nie w Southampton bedziemy tylko ogladac, narazie nas nie stac na nowa lodz. Mamy starego RIBa z wielkim silnikem ale pogoda jest tak do niczego, ze w ogole nie jezdzimy z nim nad morze.

Hello Ola ... Yes we all deserve lazy days, away from the blog. I would much rather be out in the summer weather , than sat at the computer. Everyone takes a break , I have taken quite a few. I cannot get back into it, but still reading .:-)

Summer is almost over. I enjoyed being outside and taking photos around our farm.
That's what I call 'enjoying the good life' - on a yacht surrounded by the blue relaxing waters, with good company, tasty food, fine weather. amazing sunsets.
Where I live, August is hell: hot and humid; one has to go away on vacation to some cool country, and that's not always possible.

how am i spending august..or rather how did i spend augus??
It was super busy with work travelling, socialising, family time and house shifting!!! phew....it flew me by!!!!!
