Vrondados – przedmieścia Chios, a raczej plażowa miejscowość z willami nad brzegiem morza.

Vrondados – suburbs of Chios or rather a beach village by the sea.

Życie w podmiejskim Vrondados biegnie na niższych obrotach niż w stolicy wyspy. Ale tak jest chyba w każdym miejscu na świecie.

Life in Vrondasos seems to be slower than in the capital of the island nearby. But this happens all over the world.

Z okien domów położonych przy nadmorskiej drodze widok na wielki błękit.

Choć to nie Cyklady, dużo bieli i błękitu w architekturze.

And despite that this island is not a part of Cycladic  islands, there is a lot of white and blue in the architecture.

Atrakcją Vrondados jest tzw. krzesło Sokratesa, gdzie rzekomo nauczał ten myśliciel.

The attraction of Vrondados is so called the chair of Socrates when he was supposed to teach.

Of course not a single clever though influenced us in this placeJ 

W rzeczywistości były to pozostałości świątyni Hery.

As a matter of fact these were remains of Hera’s temple.
